农民工回乡创业就业是我国劳动力资源立足于新时代,为实现优化配置而出现的又一新型转变,是农村剩余劳动力异地转移的回归,同时也是解决“三农”问题的有效途径.但是,就目前的形势来看,四川革命老区农民工回乡创业就业还存在创业就业融资困难、社会保障落实乏力、就业稳定性不强、子女教育融入难等突出问题,基于此.就农民工基本现状、农民工回乡创业就业对乡村振兴的重大现实意义,以及农民工回乡创业就业存在的问题进行分析,并针对问题提出可行性建议,以期为相关部门和相关研究提供一定的参考.

The return of migrant workers to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and employment is another new transformation of Chinese labor resources based on the new era and for the optimization of allocation. It is also the return of the remote transfer of rural surplus labor force and an effective way to solve the problems of“three rural areas”. However, in view of the current situation, there are still prominent problems of migrant workers returning home to start businesses and employment in Sichuan old revolutionary base areas, such as financing difficulties in starting businesses and employment, weak implementation of social security, weak employment stability and difficulty in integrating children's education.Based on this, this paper discusses the basic situation of migrant workers and the great practical significance of migrant workers returning home to start businesses and employment for rural revitalization. And the problems of migrant workers returning home to start businesses and employment are analyzed, and feasible suggestions are put forward in view of the problems, in order to provide a certain reference for relevant departments and relevant research.
